Schubert and Martinů in a song recital by Roman Hoza

Don Giovanni, the devil Marbuel, Jaufré Rudel, Raimbaud – these are just some of the roles that the baritone Roman Hoza has taken on at the National Theatre Brno. On Tuesday 7 November you will have the opportunity to hear and experience this exceptional artist perform a repertoire of songs.

Roman Hoza won 1st prize in the Song category at the Antonín Dvořák International Singing Competition in Karlový Vary in 2015. In addition to Brno, he also performs at the National Theatre in Prague and in Ostrava. This season sees him perform locally in the roles of Belcore in Donizetti's L'elisir d'amore and Guglielmo in Mozart's opera Così fan tutte.

In this November recital, Roman Hoza, accompanied on piano by Ondrej Olos, will perform a recital with a repertoire of German and French songs by Robert Schumann, Franz Schubert, Maurice Ravel and Bohuslav Martinů. The concert takes place on 7 November 2017 from 7pm in the Křišťálový sál in the Old Town Hall, entrance from Radnicka 10. Tickets priced 150 CZK can be purchased online here
