Open-air concert
On 4 September 2025, the piazzetta in front of the Janáček Theatre will come alive with an open-air concert by Janáček Opera NdB.

Start the season as a member of NdB – fun activity stations for the whole family.
18:00 – 20:00
A concert under the baton of four conductors of Janáček Opera.
Look forward to the soloists, choir, and orchestra of Janáček Opera NdB conducted by chief conductor Robert Kružík together with Ondrej Olos, Jakub Klecker, and Dominik Pernica. They will take you behind the scenes of the upcoming season and reveal some of the musical surprises in store.
This year, the piazzetta will open already in the afternoon, offering a rich programme for families before the concert, where you can discover the ensembles of NdB and explore different theatre professions.
